Wow. Talk about a bad way to start a new business. I showed up the day after they opened. Website says $1 first month and 15% off monthly fees when you reserve online. Front desk was very nice but when I inquired about the 15% off the manager (David) said it didn't apply. When I told him I was going to cancel my reservation he told me they were still going to charge me a $22 administration fee. I was there 15 mins and never took possession of the unit yet they want to charge me $22 because they can't honor what the website says? I will not be doing business there and can't imagine they will have great success with management like that!
