This place is really incredible. I was really excited that a place like this was opening close to home., Incredible selection of oils, vinegar and spices. Unfortunately, I will never frequent this establishment again. I felt that the hostess was very knowledgeable, but I felt snubbed by her the entire time I was there. This was not because they were busy, in fact, there were only two other customers in the store. I watched at the counter, with the items I wanted to purchase, as the hostess catered to the more "Hudsonite" looking customers. As I am standing at the counter, she rings out another customer before me...I was standing at the counter for at least 5 minutes before the other customer came up. To add insult to injury, the other customer was asked if they would like to join their mailing list, they were asked if they interested in their reward program, and the three bottles they purchased were vacuum sealed. I was not offered any of these...and I was standing two feet away. Yes, I only purchased two bottles of oil...maybe that was the issue or maybe I was not the type of client they want. I do not drive a Mercedes or wear designer clothes, but I work hard for the money I do have. I have lived in the area all my life and have a lot of friends who are foodies like myself. I prefer to frequent establishments that appreciate my business. It really is a shame because they sell a good product and have a really unique store, but I will not ever step foot in this establishment again.
