These stars are for Dr. Ron and the majority of the staff. I see a review by Tammy H here berating reviews she doesn't like. She didn't tell Yelp she works there and if she is criticized by customers, that is their right and she should be honest that she works there. There is one crazy person (female) who does rant and yell at customers and should not be working there. The owner will be getting a letter about her. Other than one "nut", I found the staff to be really caring and Dr. Ron saves lives. He should get 10 stars!
