The service here is hit or miss. They are not consistent at all and the customer service is horrible. I'm writing this review after giving them THREE opportunities. Today was the last straw. I'm not high maintenance, but I do have a few expectations. 1. Making all customers feel welcomed when they come into the shop and acting like you enjoy greeting them is a minimum expectation. 2. Making sure all equipment is in working condition (such as the massage chairs) is important. 3. If a customer makes a request, for instance: asking if the water can be hot in the pedicure bowl (as you're running the water), please don't walk away & pass it off to someone else 10 minutes later. 4. Do not allow nail techs to half ass a pedicure. Nail Bar earns 2 stars...and that's being generous. The great thing about living in a metropolitan area is that I have options. I'm choosing to give another nail shop in Charlotte my business. Coming here was merely a convenience.
