Don't be fooled by the rating of this place! Take this from a Yelp Elite! Beware and Avoid at ALL COST!!! I was rear ended on the 401 as I was driving back to Toronto from Waterloo. My car was still drivable but I was towed by a tow truck driver who seemed, at the time, to be an angel sent to help me. I was then towed to, you know it, this scam of a place called "royal auto collision". At first they seem nice and willing to help, but I should have knew from the way they were dressed (track suits and chains) that this place was no good. So I was told to by the worker there that I should trust them over my insurance company because my insurance company are just cheap stakes. IDK what I was thinking at the time but I happened to believe him. Guess when help is offered in a time of need you will take that help. Fast forward to after my car is being fixed. A simple rear bumper and fender dent took them more than a WHOLE MONTH to complete. Talk about slow work times. I feel like they just wanted their partner business "XL Rentals" to scam the insurance company of more money. So I picked up my car FINALLY after a MONTH of driving a crappy rental and upon returning my rental car I was told that there is a crack in the front bumper. THE GUY DIDNT EVEN BENT DOWN, HOW THE HELL DID HE SEE THE CRACK AT THE FREAKIN BOTTOM OF THE CAR?! PLUS I WAS NOT SHOWN THE BOTTOM OF THE BUMPER WHEN PICKING UP!!! So now the rental guy is trying to scam me of money. He asks his partner shop "royal auto collision" to write him a quote of the cracked front bumper. And when the quote came out to be $1450 the rental guy said "why is it so cheap" !!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!! THESE GUYS ARE PURE SCAMS! Then they charged that money to my credit card without even giving me a heads up. This place is just full of CRAP. When I finally get back into my car thats been cleaned by this body shop I find all my coins that was in my car gone. Removed from the car! (I never keep coins in my wallet) How cheap does a place have to be to even steal from their customer's car. -BEWARE-
