So disappointed! I used to be a big fan but will start expediting the cancellation of ALL my Telus services.
Telus should be embarrassed for putting an collection agency on my 92 year old mothers "overdue" account!! When we cancelled her service we were told by the agent there was NO balance owing. Now, somehow, there is $103.00 owing. A mystery! You should be ASHAMED!! Pick on somebody younger Telus!! Not 92 year old dementia patients!
