After getting the WORST customer service at the Tempe Marketplace Sprint store (I guess it's like a franchised location and not corporate) I went to this location and dealt with the Sales Supervisor, Marissa.
When I say Marissa was great, I mean she was freaking great. Not only did she attempt to help the associates at the TMP location, but she quickly did everything she could to get me a functional phone and on my way.
This location was so transparent about any fees that were going to apply and for once I knew exactly what my bill was going to be. This is the only location I'll be going to
