I ended up at this hospital because this is where the ambulance decided. I wasn't impressed at first with the er but once I got in i was quite impressed. the staff were friendly and kept apologizing about the delay. once upstairs in the short term ward awaiting surgery the staff were very nice. It actually felt like I was talking with friends rather than nurses. The best part of the whole experience was they allowed my dog to come and visit!! the short term ward didn't seem to have visiting hours either as I had a friend show up around 11pm and stayed until 3am without issues. If i have to choose any hospital for anything again I will for sure choose this one. they seem to be more with the times than the other hospitals in the city
