I was planning on doing a dramatic coloring for my birthday. I had been to studio 924 twice before and was unimpressed with my cut/style but my roommates had a different stylist and convinced me to make an appointment with her. I booked the appointment weeks in advance to ensure I would have my new hairstyle for my birthday dinner and was very excited.
The day of my appointment, I called to confirm the time and was told everything was told that they had me down for the time I had scheduled. I left work early to get to my appointment on time, but when I got there, they told me they didn't have my name on the list!! I said I called to confirm earlier and the girl said she didn't see my name on the list when I called (although she told me she had) but didn't have my number to call me...then why did they confirm it earlier?? No apology or anything. So I just walked out.
I was disappointed at first, but then I remembered how unhappy I was with my first two cuts (the first was frizzy/nothing special, the second so full of product I had to wash it that night) and realized that maybe it was for the better.
