Nice store if you like anything to do with food PREP with lots of choices. Unfortunately they have a poor return policy which makes me hesitant to shop there again I purchased a set of Ricardo pots and pans last December. Since he is a famous chef I expected the set to be high quality! Not the case here. The non stick finish lasted maybe 4 months despite using low to medium heat and COOLING the pans before washing. 2 months ago I purchased a non stick pan called Cera pan which was on sale for 23.99. Eggs started sticking immediately and my omelets fell apart! Since I am a former chef I was not impressed. I emailed a letter to customer service for replacement and they asked me to send them a photo. Instead I replaced the 10 inch pan with a T FAL METEOR from Wal-Mart. I expected a no hassle replacement and my friend Gail told me that KITCHEN Stuff Plus also gave her a hard time with a return! Needless to say, this store has lost two good customers.
