Doing a refi or getting a mortgage is never a fun process. Paperwork, uncertainty and scrutiny of my personal finances are hardly my favorite things.
Nevertheless, Roger and Sherry made the process as painless as possible!
Communication was very good, and I feel like I got quite a decent rate. Part of the cash-out was used to pay off other loans and credit cards, and that was all taken care of on their end.
Also - I had my property in a single-member LLC which other lenders didn't want to deal with, but One Nevada came through with a solution.
