We went to dinner on Friday evening and when we returned the garage door wouldn't open. It was a little late but I needed to find a well recommended company to come out to fix it Saturday morning. I scanned Yelp and found Palm Valley Garage Door and it had wonderful reviews and a 5 star rating. I called and it was after 9:30 pm. Dave answered and we set up a window of time for Saturday morning. Dave arrived at the front of the time window and quickly began repairs. I had told him that the spring had broken. He recommended that we replace the old single spring system with two springs. He was so quick and as we were discussing the condition of my door I asked him if he had a way to make it a little quieter. Since it is 17 years old I guessed the answer would be to replace it. He said I can replace the rollers and lube the drive. He had the parts on his truck and had them replaced within 10 minutes. He lubed the drive system and was gone within half an hour.
Dave is a very nice guy and did outstanding work quickly. He is someone I will call again and highly recommend. The fact that he is local make it even better.
