Employees were disgruntled and there was so much turnover, that we had several people from 702 Pools. Nick (owner) and his guys could barely keep up with their existing accounts, so our pool day was not consistent. Nick charged us for repair without an estimate in advance, plus automatically charged my credit card without an invoice despite my numerous calls and emails (still waiting for the last invoice before I terminated our service).
Bottom line: I had decided to try 702 Pools because of the few "good" reviews on Yelp, but after my experience, I would NOT recommend 702 Pools to my friends, family or fellow Yelpers.
