I'm disappointed with the customer service. I just dropped off three suits and pointed out a spot that previously wasn't removed, and asked if they could focus on that spot, as well as a spot on another suit. Although the employee (tall with dreadlocks) was not rude or disrespectful to me, his indifference towards my request made me feel like I wasn't a customer, but instead someone asking a favor for free. I'm looking for a neighborhood dry cleaner where the employee can make the customer feel relevant; not like an anonymous child on an assembly line. If my suits come back with the stains, then I'm going to escalate this. If they're spot free I'll edit this rating and give it 4 stars.
