DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We were charged for several things after we moved out that were not broken. We had a walk through and we were told to fix a few minor things...and we did, but then 75% of our deposit was taken. We paid a pet deposit when we moved in and charged another $190 for dog feces when we moved out. We lost 5 days when we went month to month...even though they charge and extremely outrageous fee to go month to month, apparently month to month is only from the 1st to the end of the month and not (in our case) from the 5th to the 5th. We had to pay $20 to install a door handle that we reported to them within days of moving in was broken...and they never fixed. We were charged $300 cleaning fee when we moved in and charged again for a cleaning fee when we moved out. They are out to take your money. Biggest mistake of my life thus far renting from this rip off company!!!
