During my last visit he went out of his way to diagnose and correct an issue with the neck of my Gibson acoustic that I was totally wrong about (without an extra charge!?). His setup work is top notch (guaranteed for 30 days) and the custom nut he cut and filed from blank stock has fixed so many of the intonation issues I've been fighting with this guitar for way too long.
