Fair Exchange Auto is the WORST Car Dealership around. First they sale you a car with a few blemishes and Mack JR (owners son) tells you he's gonna take care of your bumper, side view mirror, tire sensors and actuators. Then he keeps pushing you off due to "scheduling" conflicts on their part. Once you finally get the car into their shop the mechanic magically breaks his wrist and your car sits there for 4 days without anyone touching it. Once you pick up your car it's the same as you left it. When I asked Mack JR about it he said he would once again take care of the issue once he gets a new mechanic. NEVER CALLS YOU OR EMAILS YOU. So after a few weeks I stop by to speak with him in person and come to find out his Father Mack Senior doesn't give two shits about anything his son or any other employees say to their customers. If it's not in writing his not fixing anything. Best part was when the salesman who sold me the car runs to the back office so I can't call him out on this whole issue. Take yore business elsewhere. Fair exchange is a rip off. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I'll be contacting the BBB and Westlake Financial to report this Scam of a Dealership.
