Not very promising! I contact Cabinets Beyond based on a referral that I received. I left a message with their receptionist asking to have a sales person contact me. I never got a call back. So I called again and this time spoke with Dale who said that he would be the best person to come and look at my project. Dale showed up on time, but that is all that he accomplished. He was very unprofessional, had very crude language, especially for a sales person and worst of all, he never followed up. He promised to deliver via email a CAD design within two days. He never emailed. I called and he never returned my call. I was ready to place the order. But now I will find a legitimate company to deal with.
I would not recommend this company based on the pre-sale experience I received.
