I never saw Deni -- he came and went like a sleuth-y hero. A thick iron spring had broken in two on one side of the rickety door opener in my free-standing garage, and the door had come off its rails and tangled its own cable. I was worried I'd have to buy a whole new mechanism as well as pay for its installation, but I called Deni in the hopes that he might be able to diagnose an easier fix to the problem. He came to my house while I was at work, replaced the spring, got the door back on its rails, and untangled the cable, all for less than 80 dollars (about eight times less than a friend had said I'd have to pay to get the whole thing replaced).
Even though I never saw him either coming or going, Deni is my hero.
