Heard about the company on the radio and that prompted me to give them a call since AC is so important during these months and I wanted it to be running at full potential.. Well the service technician that showed up, Allen ,was excellent. He took the time to service my unit properly showing me what he was doing along the way. He then proceeded to tell me what I needed to address the AC unit, cleaned everything up and was on his way. Absolutely professional and very charismatic. Lucky to find an employee like that in Vegas.. Thanks Goettl!!!!
