Seriously save yourself the waste of time and do not come here. The "manager" is literally the RUDEST PERSON you will ever meet. I was having a discussion with my cashier because at 10am, they were out of cinnamon sugar bagels. We were just chatting and I let her know that this location always used to "make" them for me by taking a plain/potato bagel, brushing it with butter and rolling it in cinnamon sugar. Quick fix. Right? She asked the manager if they could make more cinnamon sugar bagels and he said "once we're out, we're out. We're not baking you more." I explained to him I wasn't asking for a new, baked bagel. Just a plain/potato bagel sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Then, this manager decided to come at me SO HARD with such attitude about how that's "altering the recipe" and they refuse to do it. Like, come on- it's a bagel. He came with such attitude out of nowhere that I actually had no other reaction other than to walk away without completing my order. Meanwhile my husband was holding back yelling back at him. Einstein bagels- you should seriously take a look at this incompetent, rude person you have put "in charge" here. Totally ruined my morning and I'm still fuming at his pathetic attitude.
