At dolce a 50 minute massage really means a 30 minute massage!
Had an appt for a massage at 2pm. Walked in the door at 2:03pm
After waiting in the checkin line- waiting in the massage waiting room- then picking out my scents and stuff by the time the massage was in the room and working on me it was 2:15pm
When did she end? 2:45pm. 30 minutes.
Now listen. I get that they have a schedule to keep and others after me and blah blah blah. But if you need to be at Dolce 15 min before your appt then when you make the appt they need to tell you that!
Just seems absolutely absurd I arrived 3 minutes late and got 20 minutes deducted from my massage time.
I have a feeling this is a scam they're consistently running- which probably overjoys the masseuses.
Won't ever return or recommend.
