Bingham Tavern is a great spot on the Mount to the watch the game with giant TVs and a good selection of bar food. I highly recommend visiting on a Wednesday for their wing night and half priced wine on Tuesday. They also offer some healthy items on the menu if you're not looking for full on heavy bar food. It's the best food on Mt. Washington off of Grandview.
As for brunch, they have a new menu that is the best; great drink selection as well. This isn't just a neighborhood bar, it's become a destination in Pittsburgh.
