Several years ago, I left a poor review for Entegrity (Dr. Bailey's previous office) due to horrible communication. Unfortunately, this new office is not better, which makes me wonder if the issue is not coming from the top. I scheduled an appointment a month ago, and planned on taking time off. Today, less than 48 hours prior to my consultation, someone left me a message to cancel my appointment because the doctor now has a surgery scheduled that day. The office said they had left 2 previous messages, which was not true (looking at the history on my phone, they tried to call me once and did not leave a message). The proposed rescheduled appointment was a whole MONTH from now, an abolute joke. I said I would not reschedule but go see someone else instead.
