We purchased our spa about 5 years ago from Creative Spas, at a pretty hefty price. In those 5 years we've had 5 service calls to fix problems with the spa; at $100 a service visit it gets pricey. We've had problems with the pump tripping and shutting down the spa and the heater went out and had to be replaced. We just had another service call; we told them we have a leak from the main pump - they came out and agreed we had a leak - another $100 down the drain. It will cost $500 to replace the pump (it's not under warranty), above and beyond the $100 service call. Had we been able to talk to the service person (we were not in an area where cell service worked so we didn't receive the call) we could have saved the $100 service call which would be applied to the $500. This spa is only used by my husband and me and we take good care of it, for it to have so many problems that cost so much money is such a disappointment. While the company has been responsive and comes out to service within a few days, the product they sell is not up to the standards commiserate with the price you pay.
