Needed them to install a new utility sink and also to give me estimates/advice on several other problems. They were friendly and quite helpful. When their estimate to install a new faucet assembly in our shower blew me away by its expense, they clearly and believably explained the reasoning for their estimate (alas!). As for the utility sink, they ended up charging less than half what they had estimated. I appreciate that kind of honesty.
