I was furious with their office. Moved here from NY needed treatment for my 2 yr old dog foe her bercitis. I have all her records from her previous vet from NY. I explained we I made the appt. my dog needs her steriod shot we just moved here. They said sure as long as I had her records. My appt. was a week later. When I showed up they were all clearly afraid of her (100 lb. South African Boerbel) they checked us in put us in a room, met with the nurse, dr. came in, muzzled my dog, and would not give her a steroid shot. I gave them their muzzle and walked out. Extended hours or not - if you work at a vets office or you are a vet you shouldn't be afraid of a dog. You also shouldn't refuse to treat an animal either! Will NEVER go back there. Went to Baxters and they loved my dog and treated her with love and compassion!!!
