I am generally loyal to the aloft & Starwood franchise, however, this particular aloft has been a miss for us. The three times we've stayed here we've had to move rooms due to "noisy" guests (screaming, running in the hallways, parties, God knows what). We keep saying we'll give it another chance, but we are done. It's really a shame that some guests are destroying a fabulous hotel.
