I've frequented Rouge for the last year because of its convenient location, but it is a constant disappointment and source of frustration. The service is lacking - the staff is standoffish and very awkward and they will make you feel uncomfortable being there as well. The nail services I've gotten have been hit or miss, with the worst manicure being very very bad: lumpy and uneven, with paint over the skin and some bare streaks. One technician is very rough with the tools and managed to give me a cut on my finger. And all of this would make sense if they were trying to be quick about things, but they are actually very slow, with a shellac manicure sometimes taking an hour plus. I'm pretty sure their waxing techs have no training, because I've had entirely different experiences with each one... most recently I had one who didn't clean makeup off the area before starting (!!), tweezed first and then waxed, used super hot wax even after I told her it was much hotter than usual, and then went over certain areas way too many times. I now have open cuts on my forehead from the skin being ripped off. I won't be going back anymore.
