Short of putting a bow on my garbage there seems to be n way to get their drivers to pick up ALL of the trash. I shop online & have boxes I need to dispose of. I flatten them & tape them flat. In order for them not to blow around I use cheap paper tape which I use to tape them to the pail THE BOXES DON'T FIT INSIDE THE TRASH BIN !! I called their office & waited on hold for a very long time til someone answered the phone. I explained what was happening to me & was told it was OK t flatten the boxes & leave them next to the bin for pick up. Today I got a sticker on my bin with instructions that had nothing to do with the way I put out the flattened boxes. it was labeled a "Friendly Reminder". I'm not once again on hold waiting to talk to a rep to report this "Friendly Reminder" sticker. Las Vegas needs another trash pick up service to compete with these people!!!
