If reading all the bad reviews about this place doesn't make you want to run the other way then you getting taken is on you. There seems to be a common thread here with both the customers responses and the dealership. I experienced virtually everything I read on multiple reviews. The dealership response seems to be that management has been changed recently. But that doesn't seem to have made any difference in their tactics. This place plays old school car dealership games. Went in for a car that was listed at 16,xxx on the vehicle and had an internet price of 14,xxx. After being asked all kinds of finical questions they finally came back with a price of over 23,000 . There were all sorts of add ons. $900 paint protection on a 5 year old used car. $500 window tint . $3500 extended warranty cost. $1300 gap insurance cost. Old school tactics of asking you what your payment amount is versus giving you the actual cost of the car. I can't imagine what you mean by " miscommunication " ?
