When PV had opened up this location, I was really excited because the clothes are so cute and cheap. I had shopped at Q before and had great service but NOT at this location. Absolutely horrible. I have worked in retail for 4 years and have never even thought to be so rude to customers like these girls AND the managers.
I went to try clothes on and there was a line which was fine. As soon as I got a room the girl running the fitting room didn't greet me but led me to a room. As I was being led to my room a customer came out in a dress and the associate had the audacity to tell the customer she should get a bigger size. I was in shock. As all the rooms were full, the same associate says " I'm not trying to rush anybody but there's a really long line out here, just saying". It continues.. when I was done trying clothes on, I tried to give her the clothes I didn't want and she rushes past me and rudely says I can put them back. I was so mad I walked out without buying anything and have not returned since.
The managers stand by how the girls act because they act the same way. Now I just travel to Fashion square.
