This place is RIDICULOUS and deserves the lowest possible rating. I went in there because my phone service was suddenly cut off because I helped a friend try to solve a problem with his phone by testing it with my SIM card. Two weeks later Verizon cut my phone service. I went in there and the pompous, ARROGANT, and condescending agent callously told me that my phone was reported as STOLEN. I told him no way, I bought it from Groupon. He insisted that buying from anywhere but Verizon was NOT legit. I also told him that Verizon was WRONG to shut off my phone without warning for trying to help a friend in need. Neither of us had a lost or stolen phone. Then Marcus the supposed "manager" got involved, and he was WORSE. He was even more annoying and IGNORANT and tried make me feel like I was some kind of criminal, just because I didn't buy my phone from Verizon. Because I disagreed with his offensive and reprehensible attitude, he made me leave, just because I insisted he answer my question, why does Verizon shut off a phone that they supposedly say is lost or stolen, yet REFUSE to take from me when I offered to give it to them so they could return it to the supposedly rightful owner? These guys are just too stupid and clueless to deal with, and totally a waste of time, that I'm going to switch to a company that has some RESPECT for their customers. Verizon used to be great for mobile data, but lately it has become too shaky and unreliable, and with the mistreatment, its NOT EVEN worth having any more.
