I went there two times in the past week.
1st experience
Went to look at a single cab ram. Sales women was great very friendly. The sales manager was pushy and rude. Trying to make us fill out a credit app without even knowing if I even like the truck. truck was in okay condition priced high and they did not want to negotiate.
2nd experience
I was in the area looking at other dealerships. Saw they had a Silverado crew cab I reluctantly went back. Drove the truck, it was in average to below average condition. It had a broken headlight and tailight plus average wear and tear. Once again unwilling to negotiate price. Also it was on sale on there website for 14,999, first offer they game back at 17,999 during the first negotiation. Sales manager this time was friendly but dealership is unwilling to negotiate. I guess they only sell cars to people who overpay.
Summary: big selection, below average cusomer service, wont give you a fair deal.
