Not a good day today. My appointment was for 11 I got to the office at 10:45. At 11:20 I hadn't been seen. I went to the front desk to ask what was happening. I was seen at 11:30. They put me in a room and as of 12:00 I had not been seen. Overbooking is common for doctors but they have to remember they work for us. This type of unprofessional work ethic is unacceptable. Their excuse was the doctor has been busy with some sick children.
