I have had my 2006 Dodge Charger serviced here since I purchased it. The Dealership has gone through a few owners and over the years I have had issues, but all have been resolved.
However, the new owners have the worst Customer Service. When you attempt to leave a message from the website, you get and automatic response to your email that they will get back to you. They DON"T. I have tried numerous times.
I also scheduled an appointment to get my Winter Tires installed. I called for the appointment and was told that they will no longer store my tires for free. There will now be a charge! So be it! I made my appointment and told them I would like to wait for the car. I was told that it would be about 1 hour. When I arrived at the agreed time, I was told that the wait would be 3 to 4 hours. When I questioned them as to the 1 hour agreement, I was told that they booked 4 cars at the same time!!!
I asked for my tires and took them with me. I will never go back!!!!!!!
