This is the biggest waste of money and worst spa experience EVER. The 'spa' did not deliver on the advertised Living Social promotion offered for One hour massage, manicure and facial for $85. The staff was very disorganized and didn't have my appointment on their system. Told me to come back one hour later and then ended up taking me in thinking I was another client. They rushed my manicure, and I had the worst facial in history. I questioned why it was so short and didn't include a mask or any exfoliation and I kept being told it was a 'mini facial' which again wasn't as per the deal advertised. 15 mins for a facial with no exfoliation or mask??!!!? Then they rushed my one hour massage to 40 mins!!!. The staff were being told to shorten my services and when I challenged the girl who was the 'jack of all trades' as she was running around servicing clients half way then having another staff member jump in so she could start another client, she said argues profusely with me??? What ever happened to customer service??? Don't take clients when you can't deliver with existing clients!!!!. Don't put up a Living Social deal that you can't live up to it!!!!! Do NOT waste your time or money here!!
