i found this gem while staying at the flamingo. while staying at different hotels they always give you coupon books to try different food or services from different hotels. so anyways when we moved to paris hotel from flamingo hotel we went down stairs and went to try this place aince we got 5 bucks off for 20 bucks spent. so me and my friends decided to sit down and order and i got the salmon burger with waffle fries. they got the regular beef hamburger with waffles fries and share also.
omg this salmon burger is one of my favor and the best i have tastes the salmon patty is used with real salmon and is made fresh and does taste homemade not some manufacturer made salmon patties. the salmon patty was charbroiled and it was well done and it wasnt dry and it was moist and the bun they served with was hot and crisp. they gave lots of veggies and mayo with it. i always like to include a side of horse radish to give the burger a kick. also the fries is a hit and miss sometimes the waffle fries can be burnt or sometimes its just crisp good. the first time i had the crisp fries they were absolutely good and was soooo fresh with the ketchup and horse radish mixed together. if u like the blear your sinus do what i dipped my waffle fries in.
even the regular hamburger my friends said it was good. i didnt try it but i saw the oresentation and the smell it does looked good.
the prices of the burger were kinda pricey for 15 and 13 and etra for waffle fries. the price of the burgers are worth it tho becausw you pay for what you get. i definitely do come bakc when im in vegas because there burgers are delicious.
service here is great and they do give good service. and were honest when i left my wallet and came right back for it they already had it in the back for me to come back and claim it. i almost had a heart attack lol.... but this place does satisfy my hunger buzz and burger cravings.
