I give this bike shop a 5 star because it's actually the type of shop I want to go to. I have spent a lot of time waiting and hanging out in bike shops over my years and Neutral has a positive vibe (non macho), it's a great shop for all types of riders.
The Neutral crew is composed of real riders; they commute and race and mtn and touring, so I have received tons of good advice at their shop for my different bike setups.
Neutral has hooked me up both with specifics like fenders and with having the right gear. it's a good feeling, knowing I'm ready for winter commuting with rain gear, gloves and a helmet and a snow tire.
