I have gone to this particular salon for many years. Until today, I have always received a great cut at a reasonable price with a short waiting time. The online sign in is a positive bonus. Today I walked in and the entire staff were different people! I asked where everyone was and was told they were "at lunch". Sure..... (there seemed to be a change in hands of the store). The girl that started my hair could not follow directions and when I said something she handed me off to someone else. He did better but still the worst cut I have ever received anywhere. I could have done better cutting it myself and that is not saying much. The girl stood there and watched the entire time complaining about my hair type. Now I wait for many weeks for my hair to grow back in and thank goodness for hats! I would never go back to this particular salon however, I will visit another Great Clips since I have always had great luck at all others. They only received one star because I could not go any lower.
