DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are dishonest and unethical. I had a few issues with a new house that my inspector told me about. I contacted them and asked them to fix the issues. There wasn't a leak from the faucet and after the technician fixed the problem under the sink he said there was a leak from the faucet now. I stood there and watched him take off the faucet handle. The tech said he had to leave and would come back later after another call (which I thought was strange, why would you leave a job that you weren't finished with to do another job?) A few minutes later he called and said he would have to charge me a service fee to fix the faucet. WHAT? So, I called the office and spoke to Brian. He told me the technician didn't touch the faucet and would have to charge me because they don't do work for free. I explained to him I was standing there and watched him work on it. He told me I was lying and they don't do free work. I told them I wasn't going to pay for something they caused. He told me they wouldn't fix it. I then told him that I was going to file complaints on all aspects of reviews and with the BBB. He proceeded to tell me that it doesn't "scare" him and to go ahead. I've never had such unprofessional, unethical service in my whole life.
