1st visit today as an emergency visit with my 6 yr old chow chow, Sabrina. She's had several episodes of acute pain right front paw with limping. Was unhappy with previous vet financially as well as medically.
Spoke with Brenda on phone who told me the fees for visit & some diagnostics. Very personable & professional. Told me come right in.
Office was clean with separate dog & cat seating. Entire staff was professional & caring.
Waited less than 10 minutes. Doc was great. We decided to wait on any diagnostics & treat with medication. Advised against x-Rays as he was reasonably certain there was no fracture & probably not arthritis.
Doc was very knowledgeable & explained every possible cause & treatment.
Sabrina is doing well with meds. Pain seems to be gone. She's happy, I'm happy.
All in all saved a bundle as compared to previous vet & found one who seems more interested in your pet than your wallet. Prices are more than reasonable.
