I don't know what people are talking about, this place is the best donut place in Charlotte; and for someone who travels all the time, one of the best donut places I've ever been to. Mj donuts is garbage compared to this, well that is if you don't enjoy bland boring donuts that aren't even Krispy creme quality. Boston cream pie is one of the best things I've ever had. Only wish I do have for Sugar: slow down with the weird flavors (earl grey, basil with strawberry) and have more of the classic favorites more regularly (cinnamon cheesecake, Boston cream, etc.)
Also, think of some pricing promotions (buy 5, get one free) (half off Wednesday's) (free coffee Friday's) to incentivize and show appreciation to loyal followers.
