Not my first time @HH but first at this location- first let me say I'm a fan of this chain- portion are crazy- this experience started great- no wait, my server, Carrie, was awesome- helped me with my selection, prompt, helpful- food came- the presentation was awesome as usual- taste was great... But it was cold.. Cooked thoroughly- but just sat too long before being brought to the table- inside was warm-not hot- I merely mentioned it so they would know- I wasn't upset - didn't cause a scene or anything- just wanted them to know- their handling of the situation was above textbook perfect- above my expectations - having been in the business I know things happen- especially at a new location- so Thank You- I will be back thanks to true professional waitstaff personal like her.
