Service is fine which is why I gave them any stars at all. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was pretty gross. It's very obvious when someone takes pride in making a sandwich and there was no pride in this. The chicken was obviously not freshly made, yet it was very hot which means they microwaved it, yuck. What little lettuce they gave me was wilted. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this particular Burger King but I wanted to give them a chance and it was the same old crap. I wish I had gone across the street to Arby's or even better down the street to Subway. Freshness really is important.
