I went in for a rather detailed procedure and was put at ease beginning at the front desk, all the way through check-in. The staff knew I was nervous so they were extra friendly and reassuring, even making a few lighthearted jokes to make me laugh. The check in nurse was very sweet as well. A nurse took me through the preliminaries and then Dr. Weiler came in, took his time with the examination, and explained everything. What he told me would likely hurt really didn't and, from that point, I never felt a thing. They were total professionals all the way through. Honestly, if I ever need urgent care again, I'll head straight for this facility.
