A bit troubled that they keep 'recommending' services that are not required (not in response to any complaint/condition...they simply suggest them ad hoc): alignments, tire balancing and now the most annoying; asking us to change the oil when the Oil Life indicator is saying 30%. 30% on our vehicle is about 4500-5000kms...4 months worth of driving. Why yes, we would LOVE to get our oil changed 1/3 more times than is actually required...NOT!. someone less-versed in automobile repair would probably just say yes and I think that's what they're hoping for. This behaviourr makes us a bit distrustful of the dealership....
..but they are not as bad as another Honda dealer in the N.E. (TT); those guys were constantly screwing up things like tire balancing when we actually asked for it. Lesser of the evils.
