My beloved 9 year old golden mix ate a pork femur (which I unfortunately gave her as a treat). She had a few days of worsening nausea, vomiting and straining to defecate. We ended up at another emergency vet clinic at during the middle of the night and she was diagnosed with constipation. Their treatment didn't work but I did take her home on medications to hopefully pass it. She worsened over the next day and I finally decided to take her here around 11 pm. Luckily, there was no wait and she was seen immediately. Dr Lunt talked to me at length about her diagnosis, prognosis and his treatment plan. He knew what he was talking about and assured me he had dealt with this multiple times in the past. The cost to do this was expensive - but several hundred dollars cheaper than the other clinic. Dr Lunt called me personally this morning and delivered the great news that she had been cured. I brought her home where she's slowly but surely improving. I'm grateful I took her there and I incredibly thankful to the staff that took care of her when I couldn't. I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend the clinic.
