I am not one to leave reviews, but if you work for an animal clinic you may want to give off positively about animals. I have a 100lbs German Shepherd who flys to AZ with us every spring training. He has gone to this vet since he was a puppy to get his health certificate to fly back to Chicago for the regular season to start. Today when I talked to the front office it was almost as if I was a bother for even calling, and when I mentioned that my big guy doesn't always love other dogs I expected them to have a solution or suggestions like normal. Instead whomever she was didn't care to stay on the phone any longer than necessary. When dealing with people and their animals you have to be helpful because in my case I don't have children and he is our child. I'm not going to take him somewhere that isn't accommodating or friendly. So instead I cancelled and we will be trying out a new vet. We always loved the vet here so it's sad that in the past three years this vet clinic isn't the place that it once was.
