If I could give this place, a "no star" you can bet your last dollar I would. Over the last three days, I have been here three times and been met with such horrific service, that it's beyond me how this location stays in business. Twice I was met with downright rude customer service by a woman who answered my questions practically in grunts and eye rolls, and then for today's experience (third time), I was given absolutely incorrect information (so unbelievably off base, that I can't believe such a mistake was made). If I hadn't come home and re-read some information that was mailed to me (instead of just solely going on the information I had been given in store), my bill would have been charged nearly $600!!!! That's right, $600!!!! (And a VERY needless $600, too!!!) Thankfully, by the grace of God, I called Verizon's Customer Service telephone number to follow up on the (incorrect) information I'd been given. It was stunning how terrible my experience was. After all this was over, I felt like I needed an IV of alcohol that would last me the rest of the week. Though this location is definitely the most convenient for me to get to, in the future I will go out of my way to avoid going here. You should too.
